Both the agent and the agency lacked professionalism and blames tenants for misinformation, There has been no response after repeated attempts by landlord to correct the situation. Given the tenants have already moved into the house and refuse to budge on the discrepancy of the lease and blame both the agents for miscommunication is unacceptable and result of a poor service provided. As a landlord, we now need to incur legal costs, tenant eviction process, high wear and tear due to high occupancy in a brand new home and a mortgage which do not meet the rental cost. If the agent was transparent and efficient and know her job clearly, this wouldn't have happened before the first day of tenancy.
