Berkshire County Stoves

Berkshire County Stoves failed to order/deliver part of our chimney that was ordered 1/22/2013 for the amount of $1542.72 and didn't give money back.[redacted] and I ([redacted]) ordered a steal chimney pipe through Berkshire county stoves on January 22, 2013 and never received the part. I have called over 2 dozen times and the sale rep. "[redacted]" said they he hasn't been in the store and she has been leaving him messages for him. She told me that [redacted] ([redacted] works on Fridays & Saturdays. We have gone there 9 Friday and Saturdays in a row and NOBODY has been there, so I started to called before we wasted our time and gone down there. I have emailed 2 times and no responses from [redacted]. We would like our $1542.72 back. We had written them a check and it cleared my account on 1/23/2013.Desired Settlementwe would like our full refund back ASAP.
