They, especially Luis, follow through with absolutely nothing they say they will do for you. They will, however, find plenty of time to send hundreds of spam emails and spam call a few times a week. Take your business elsewhere. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Asked for bank account username and password, even attempted to get this information over the phone instead of using DecisionLogic. It seemed sketchy and after they were called out went silent.

0 Stars should be given for this company, they have no respect at all for customers needs and conditions. They will outright LIE to you to get you to close and then "it's not up to them" even though they say at first it is. Don't do business with these people, I sure as hell won't! TAN @ Berkman straight up hustled me into signing his deal and then never delivered on any of the points I said were crucial, so I VOIDED the contract.

Very terrible customer service. Once you talked to them over the phone and let them know your email, they will spam your email box crazily. And they don't have that unsubscribe button. They calling 2-3 times a week and I have ask them to remove us from their call and email list, They don't get it. So may be that review will help me out.
