Truthfully, it has only turned really bad in the last yearsJane N***, the owner believes in keeping it rented, so naturally a case could be made that the monthly rent is sub-parAlso she seems to have inordinate sympathy for the tenant vsme, saying the tenant is a single mom doing her best!! The last years have been frustrating in the extremeRent from the tenant is due to ABS on the 1st of the month(It is often late with ABS keeping ALL of the late fees.) Commission and any expenses (for which I never see a receipt) are then subtracted and the net rent sent to meI don't think I have received it earlier than the 20th of the month more than times in the whole yearsOn the occasions I have called to inquire when I could expect a check, Jane always has some crisis that is to blame for the tardiness, most often something to do with the computersFor September, October and November of this year I have only received month's rent which was labeled Octrent on the check stub, so she still owes me September and NovrentsThe last time I called, about 6-weeks ago she had the standard excuseNext, my wife called and we got "October's" rent about a week laterI gave her until Novto come up with the other monthsWhen that didn't happen, I sent a stern letter by certified mail strongly hinting she was on the way to being fired A delivery attempt was made on 11/but it was unsuccessful with the explanation "business closed"
