Berkey Water Filter

Requested refund on 5/7. Still have not received my money back
Purchased water filter on 3/16/2020 and was told it would be shipped in 30 days. On 4/17 I requested tracking and was told they did not have an estimated ship date. On 4/30 I was sent an automated shipping notification and then on 5/7 was sent an email that water filter was not actually sent-automated message was sent in error. On 5/11 I requested that the order be cancelled and refunded. I have called and emailed multiple times over the last 6 weeks with no response and no refund. This company is a absolute scam and nothing but thieves.

This system never worked properly, many times replacing the filters, only to make us sick. Company seized communication and no response or refund.

This was purchased as a gift to my wife. It was hooked up and then quickly it was distributing unclean, smelly and horrible tasting water. The company recommends a dye test. So we followed the directions and sure enough the filters were not filtering. After weeks of trying to make contact with the company, we finally reached someone. The had us return the filters and they sent us another round to try. This was on April 4, 2019. The filters were bad upon install, we did another dye test. Notified the company and returned them again on May 8, 2019. We received another set of filters, installed them and again- they did not work. Performed the dye test to confirm. We have tried several times over to reach someone at the company via emails and voicemails. No one seems to care and has left us without an answer or solution. We are out $219.30 and many more dollars in shipping the multiple filters back to the company.
