We have an agreement that they must give us notice if their third party provider can't supply the pre-paid *** within 5 days which they provide no notice. We have ordered a new pre-paid *** card for our customer February 2019 and to this date have not seen a card from this company. We have made many attempt to reach this customer for answers and no one is replying to our emails or returning our phone calls. I have left several messages for CEO - *** Ext *** he has yet to return our phone calls. Their are in violation our Mater prepaid Card service Agreement.
We like an answer on our new cards that were ordered and replacements cards that have been ordered. They have our funds and they can either refund us the money if they can't produce new cards.
I purchased a computer thru ***. It came with a $100 virtual card. I got the email from Berkely #XXXXX saying my card was ready.
I go to the site and put in the exact info off of my *** order to redeem my card and it says it is not valid.
I have since left three messages as nobody ever answers at the number on the website and emailed twice.
I need to know how to get my $100 virtual card.
I want to redeem my $100 card as promised
If the card is indeed value, of course, he has every right to activate the card. There is a toll-free number on the back of the card that handles cardholder inquiries where they can help him activate the card. It is a 24/7 call-centre, offering service in French, English, and Spanish. There should be no reason the complainant cannot get help there. Our office, located in Toronto, Canada, is not equipped to activate cards, due to regulatory, and security issues...Only the call centre can help with this concern.
If the complainant has misplaced the card, he can contact the issuer of the card, Dell (we work on behalf of Dell) to reissue a lost / misplaced / stolen card.
If the complainant still cannot get help, he can email us at ***@berkeleypayment.com ; however, we will still then have to direct him to the call centre as they are the only ones who can activate a card due to regulatory and security requirements.
