Review: Mr B[redacted] installed a cement pad for a hot tub after seal coating the pad it spotted and he never came back to finish the edges. Mr B[redacted] gave me a written contract stating that he would come back and finish repairs by the end of May. Many attempts have been made to contact him by text phone calls and no response back.Desired Settlement: contact me and final repairs
Review: During the construction phase, it was brought to Mr. [redacted]'s attention that their power tools and other materials used were laying directly on the composite decking (pictures taken) He told all would be ok, and he would replace any composite boards damaged. The deck gutter was not attached properly, fell off several times. He tied the deck gutter into our main gutter system, again not properly done, the main gutter fell off. Dimensions and markings written on the siding of the house. Needs to be removed, if not able to remove, then siding needs replaced.Dimmer switch to be installed, had it for the last day, he said "he was too busy (as he had another job) but would be back" still waiting, our deck was completed in May 2013.Again, during the final inspection of the deck / roof, we stated and shown him several of the floor boards were scratched, markings on the siding, dimmer switch that needed to be installed, purchase date receipt for the composite decking note given to homeowners, as we need this as prove of purchase, for the manufacture warranted items. He stated he would take care of later, still waiting. We have attempted numerous times by phone (cell # and home #) and email to contact Mr. [redacted] throughout 2013 and beginning of 2014. No response back. March 22, 2014 sent a Certified Letter, delivered and signed for on March 24,2014 @ 1:58 pm, asking to contact us, so we can discuss the problems. Still no response from him. So we had to proceed to the next level.Desired Settlement: We have another contractor give us an estimate to fix the items above and [redacted] Remodeling and Contracting INC, [redacted] pay for the repairs. From Mr. [redacted], proof of purchase for the composite decking so our Manufacturer warranty is valid. In the contract we signed, his work is guaranteed for 3 years, starting from time of deck completion.
