Benson's Maytag

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did not tell me the main board was bad he stated and gave me the part # for the front board. I did not say I did not want to repair I stated that Benson's prices for parts were too inflated [redacted] did agree. That's why he even went so far as tell me where to purchase at a reasonable price. We were expecting a call from [redacted] on Monday to reschedule but no call came. After a week of no reschedule call, my husband said "Evidently Benson's needs our $60 but not our return business. If you were to check your records when we moved into our current home we purchased all of our appliances from Benson's. So at this point 10 days later with no return service call to try and diagnosis correctly,  we had no other choice but to purchase a new refrigerator. No not from Benson's. There's an old saying " A satisfied customer will tell 3 or 4 friends but a unsatisfied customer will tell 9 or 10". So I'm sure you can guess which we are.
