I had an EXCELLENT experience with this company. Plumber who did work was very efficient, professional, and friendly. He represents this company very well! When I first called the company (hot water pressure issue), over the phone the vice president was very professional and had a good idea what was wrong over the phone. Not only did he get an appointment earlier than I hoped, the day of the appointment they even called saying they could come earlier if I was available. I came to this company because I had problems with another plumbing company doing highly questionable business practices. The difference between the two companies was NIGHT & DAY. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND BENO PLUMBING to consumers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Thank you for such a great review. We are pleased to hear that you had great service and would recommend Beno Plumbing. If you can...can you please make the star higher than 1? Thank you so much! We appreciate the review.
Review: The company claims to have had the service technician on site for longer than actual.
In my efforts to correct the issue I was informed that the plumber was parked at the residence and waiting. I revealed to them that I could see the residence from down the street and didn't see any person or vehicle at the residence. After claiming to investigate the issue I was then informed that the plumber was 'in route' which accounted for an additional hour of labor. On this occasion I informed them that I received a phone call from the plumber notifying me that they were running ahead of schedule and would be arriving at the residence in 5-10 minutes. I was told that they would look at the technician logs and 'get back to me' but this was the last communication I received regarding the matter.
Nevertheless, I paid the invoice in full.Desired Settlement: Refund for one hour of labor at a rate of $79.50.

I would disagree with several issues in [redacted] statement:
1.) As for the amount of time our technician was on site, on June 7, 2013, we arrived on site at 9.39 AM, and departed at 10:50 AM (1 hour 11 minutes). After ordering parts, we returned on June 13, 2013 ,arriving on site at 10:13 AM, and departing at 11:58 AM (1 hour 45 minutes). Total time on site was 2 ours 56 minutes. We invoiced for 3 hours.
2.) We absolutely did not charge for an additional hour of labor for time "in route".
3.) I did leave a voice message for [redacted], indicating the times on site listed above, and indicating that, in my opinion, this invoice was correct and fair. I also invited him to return my call, if he saw fit. This was the last communication between myself and [redacted].
3.) At this time (July 16, 2013 7:32 AM) we have not yet received payment from [redacted].
In summary, It is my opinion that the disputed invoice is correct and fair, and Beno Plumbing & Heating, Inc. declines [redacted] proposed Desired Settlement.
Respectfully,
Vice President/Beno Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
