Was sold a Couch that was broken and horrible crafted back together! One of the only two support beams was snapped in half , the issue was hidden by a black fabric covering the bottom of the couch , so the issue would not be seenDue to the support beam not being replaced the front of the couch is bowing , the second support is bent , another support board is bent as well, and one of the boards attached to the arm is separating Have been in contact with B.F since Sep 3rd and there is still no solution to the issue and the manager has been rude and less than helpful or cooperative! I am extremely unhappy with their service and will never buy another piece of furniture from them or recommend them to ANYONE !

I recently purchased a couch from Bennington Furniture (BF) storeDuring the sales process we were told the couch would arrive in weeks and then we could schedule a delivery over the following weekWe are now more than weeks after the sale and have not been able to schedule a deliveryWhen we called to inquire about the delivery BF's employee was combative and disparaged her own sales teamI have tried to cancel my order since the terms of sale have been voidedHowever, BF is insisting on charging me a 35% restocking feeBased on the terms of sale I sold my existing couch and am now without one and BF is doing absolutely nothing to help and are aggressive when I complain about the explicit agreement we made The full amount has already been charged to me despite going on almost a month with no exchange of goods
