***Response to complaint from [redacted] about construction repairs that were completed in his home as a resultOf water damageServiceMaster responded to a water Damage in the home of [redacted] Court [redacted] , SC onJune 6th, The water damage had affected the ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, dining room, fireplace room laundry room, and Pantry ServiceMaster worked with [redacted] insurance company to dry the ceramic tile but the adjuster evidently had us remove theceramic tile and dry the subfloor The house was dry and the equipment removed on 06/16/ The signed work order, assignment of insurance, guarantee of payment, and release is attached for the demo and drying.The total cost of the demo and drying was $and payment was made in the amount of $on 07/22/ [redacted] signed the work order to begin repairs on 07/05/and wrote a $deposit to install baseboards, paint, install cement backer board and ceramic tile.The repairs were completed and inspected by Mr [redacted] and a release signed on 07/22/ Please find attached the signed work order toBegin repairs and a signed release when the work was completed and inspected.The construction repairs were $and Mr [redacted] was paid by [redacted] for these repairs less his deductible ServiceMaster has paidAll the subcontractors, invoices attached, a total of $ Mr [redacted] has a balance owed on work completed of $The estimate for water mitigation and repairs are based on Xactimate pricing for *** All pricing is determined by the insurance company and Approved by themPlease let me know if any other documentation is needed to resolve this complaintThank You,Jay T***ServiceMaster of Spartanburg

damage had affected the ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, dining room, fireplace room laundry room, and Pantry. ServiceMaster worked with [redacted] insurance company to dry the ceramic tile but the adjuster evidently had us remove theceramic tile and dry the subfloor. The house was dry and the equipment removed on 06/16/2014. [redacted] signed the work order to begin repairs on 07/05/2014 and wrote a $6000 deposit to install baseboards, paint, install cement backer board and ceramic tile.The repairs were completed and inspected by Mr. [redacted] and a release signed on 07/22/2014.
