We are in receipt of a letter addressed to *** *** with Benefits Design Group, IncI was the former Operations Manager for Benefits Design
Group, Inchowever, as of August 2013, Benefits Design Group, Incsold their book of business to Employee Benefits Corporation of Madison WisconsinThey took over the administration of the accounts and the funds that employees had remaining in their accounts at the time of the saleThe sales itself was seamless to the participants other than the fact employee refer to them as Benefits Design Group, Incwhen in fact they are dealing with Employee Benefit Corporation and they staff at the facility
It is my belief that while I understand what the customer is indicating as a “problem”, he has directed his complaint to the wrong businessThe complaint should be addressed to Employee Benefits Corporation for their responseThe customers date of when the problem occurred and the date he talked with the company references May and Benefits Design Group does not have a staff answering customer calls nor do we have access to any funds he has lost under the Use-or-Lose rules of the PlanHe also references a CSR Manager by the name of *** which has never been an employee of Benefits Design Group, Inc
I will forward this on to Employee Benefits Corporation for their review and response but I would assume you will need to redirect this appropriately
