I order NutraSilver for general health as it is advertise in Feb. 2014. It was not working for me so I called and talked to [redacted]. [redacted] told me there was a money back garurantee and he felt I hadn't used the product long enough. He also encouraged me not to run out of the product. So I continue to use the product and as not to run out I made a second order. When I got the second order I still was not happy with this product so I went to the post office and sent the product back without opening. I then had to go out of town for about six weeks and upon my return there was a message on my phone from [redacted] dating back about 5 weeks earlier stating he would glading refund my money but was wondering if the product had been sent back by mistake.I then e-mail him asking where my credit was to my Visa. He said there was no refund on a second order. I e-mail him asked why then did he leave a phone message saying he would gladly refund. He was the one who encouraged me not to run out of the product and he didn't say anything about no refund on the second order. Nor is there any mention of this policy prior to ordering on his site. Nor was there any mention of this in the paper work that I received in my first order. Nor was there any mention of this policy when I place my second order. All it says several times is there is a respect money back garuantee. I still have yet to find this fine printed policy which if it is there is sneaky at best not to have it out in the open prior to ordering. I have had serveral e-mails back and forth with [redacted] and he is more about keeping my money than backing his product. He has both money and product and was glading going to keep both if it wasn't for me e-mailing him and asking where my refund was.I have searched his site up and down prior to making an order and no there is this policy for 2nd purchase mentioned. I think he and his site are sneaky and he must not believe in his product as he states or he would back the product.Desired SettlementI want my money back as it is stated on the site prior to ordering. I want my money refunded as he stated on the phone message he left. After 2 months he now has asked where can he send the product back at. I do not want the product it does not work as advertised. I want him to back what is said on the site prior to ordering and on the phone message he left. He needs to honor what he advertises. I wish he could be required to pay back some money for all the time I have put in this matter.
