Review: To whom it may concernWe are writing to recoup the $500.00 that was withheld from our deposit by Benedykta Hynek. When our lease with Benedykta Hynek for [redacted] NJ [redacted] ended in August 2014, Benedykta Hynek informed us she would withhold $500.00 from our deposit to replace a window that was damaged. We agreed and requested she provide us a copy of the receipt for the window purchase. Since then we have continually requested a copy of the receipt via phone, text and mail. To date, we still have not received a copy of the receipt. We are concerned the money withheld from our deposit was not used to repair the window as was expected. Our lease was August 2013 to August 2014 at [redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like Benedykta Hynek to provide a receipt for the repair and replacement of the damaged window. If the damaged window has not been replaced, we would like the $500 withheld from our security deposit returned to us as it has been more than six months since our lease ended.
