Advertising is superior to service. Have had several things replaced. Always trying to upsell. Supposedly lifetime or five year guarantee spring coil that I replaced thre years ago snapped in half AGAIN. I checked on my replacement and was told I didn't have one because I didn't get a full replacement of the whole system. Although they had already replaced the wheels and trolley in the last year or two. No worries though. I am accepting to write off my losses and never do business with them again. Good luck, make sure you do your research on all of the bigger companies. I finally stopped assuming they were trying to help me and did my own research.
This organization has technicians that have not been properly trained. The first left the job without reattaching the door chain. The second mounted the guide pulleys in the wrong place. The third did a VERY superficial inspection, told me I needed a new motor, and then charged me for the visit despite the top-of-the-line warranty I had purchased 9 months prior. I have since gone to a non-Revdex.com listed down-state business who took care of four (4) items neglected by Precision: a) door lubrication b) proper sensor location c) pulley relocation d) motor force adjustment. The emphasis @ Precision is clearly sales, not service.
