I receive many Benchmark mailings, via ***, from ***. Several months ago I wrote to them, provided information and requested that they discontinue. About 2 months ago I called and spoke with the assistant who removed my name and address system while on the phone. I am still receiving mailings and I wish for them to please remove my address from their database, as I have already attempted twice, unsuccessfully.
We use several mail houses and purchase lists to mail postcard and letters to our local community from time to time to advertise new listings and our business in general. One of them didn’t have the address in their system. This has been corrected and we verified that we have it correct in our system. Let me know if there is anything else we need to do to respond, including reaching out to this individual.
