Our dealings with Benchmark Finishing were a delight from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the results - a truly beautiful floor. *** committed to our date several months in advance, showed up right on schedule, worked steadily, and completed his work expeditiously - and beautifully. Prior to Benchmark's installation of an engineered hardwood floor, we removed a laminate floor that had only been installed about 6 months earlier. The differences in quality between the old and new materials and installation are striking. *** and his brother are perfectionists, and that suits us to a tee. *** was very open to discussing options for materials and colors with us, and solved several transitions between the wood floor and other materials simply and elegantly. I feel that we got a very fair price for a very high quality job, and recommend Benchmark to other homeowners without hesitation.
