Benchmark Financial Groups

Review: Leased a vehicle through Benchmark Financial 6/2010 with agreed intent of a $1.00 (one dollar) buy at term end . Contract faxed for review and physical contract sent differ in the buy out amount unnoticed. Buy out is now fair market value at over $5800.00. Looking for explanations, [redacted] from Benchmark states that 2 (two) contracts where sent. Why I do not know. After speaking with Brain and gaining no satisfaction I requested his supervisor contact me. 5 days now and no contact. Prior to this request I had waited over 2 weeks for a call back from Brain after discovering the "change" to my contract

Original sticker price was $7000.00 5 years of payments at $244.35 equal payback of 14661.00 and then a buy out of $1.00

Why would anyone agree to additional purchase of 5800.00 on top of that. This contract is a complete rip off and was changed without my knowledge. Forgive me for trusting a financial lender, assuming general honesty.Desired Settlement: I would like contract changed back to the original $1.00 buy out so this transaction can be completed and I can move on never dealing with this company again.
