Review: sign up and paid for 2 courses with benchmark in california, and since then I have relocated to florida and am not able to attend since I would incur additional fees (air, hotel, and car rental). as soon as I accepted this position I immediately notified them. I also sent a certified letter which was returned to me. would like to know what is my next recourse to receive a full refund.Desired Settlement: would like to receive a full refund of $3,195.00

Review: I recently completed a class with this company in November. At that time I was pushed in the direction to sign up with the second class. During the class the instructor always said, if you're not satisfied, we'll give your money back. Thinking I was in an environment of trust, I signed up for the second class, thinking, worst case scenario I'll get my money back. Well fast forward today, last night I sent them a reques to have the money returned and was told of this advance course policy that they do not provide refunds. So I guess I either have to take the class and say I hate it to get my money back or just be out of luck.

I want nothing to do with this company any longer unless it has to do with returning my money. I shouldn't have to explain my situation. I wanted to file this complaint before I got my legal team involved so people would know not to sign up for this option, because the money back guarentee doesn't apply. I'm so disappointed. I had to call my bank to make sure they do not pay out to this company ever again. If I don't hear from them with an acceptable resolution, I will contact my legal team to pursue any damages we can find to me. Sorry it had to get to this. But you are not taking $1200 from me for a class I didn't even attend. Ridiculous!Desired Settlement: I would like all money minus a reasonable transaction fee returned for a class I did not take.
