I ordered two hoodies from them and only got one of them I have been trying to contact them for weeks about with no response it’s frustrating when you pay for a product and don’t get it then get no reply’s when trying to contact them to find out what is wrong then I go online to find out that I’m not the only one who is having the same problem with the same results this is not how you conduct your self when running a business
I made a purchase on their website going on 3 weeks ago and received no update no contact whatsoever. I understand times are tough on business but to take money for an order and have written on their website “no foreseen delays” and get no updates is ludicrous. On top of that I’ve been calling their customer service line for 2 weeks and it only says the voicemail is full. I want to cancel the order but there is no option to do so the account I made. It is immoral to take money this way especially at this time. My purchase was partially a gift as well. It is a terrible feeling of helpless when a company can just take your money and nothing can be done.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. It is not our intention to mislead or defraud customers in any way whatsoever. Due to covid-19, we have brought on more staff to help cope with the backlog and additionally are taking stronger measures to ensure safety for all parties involved. As we have written on our website, we have made adjustment to our terms to help assist customers including switching to a email-only system to help provide faster responses. We never aim to never delay orders but as you can imagine, keeping our employees safe can slow down the process.

I placed an online order for some clothing items and I have not received any further email updates regarding the status of my order. I have emailed repeatedly with zero response and they are not available at their supposed call center. I have tried calling nu.erous times and their voice mailbox is full.
