Difficulty hearing from newly purchased set
One aide stopped working from 2nd set. Made appointment. Following appointment with specialist, and on my way out, the receptionist told me an appointment wasnt necessary because she could have handled my problem. Today I needed volume adjustment so I went to Beltone. I asked the receptionist if she could adjust the volume. She replied I couldnt without appointment. So, I said, "then I cannot get a volume adjustment," and she replied that I couldnt without an appointment. My hearing aids are under warranty and only needed a simple volume adjustment. I offered to wait, but she insisted I schedule an appointment.
