take this time to sincerely apologize that not only did we not live up to your expectations or frankly our own while you were here, but that the issues that you experienced were never resolved. I assure you that I will personally review every aspect of your experience and take measures with our Housekeeping department to make sure all of our future guests don't have the same kind of unacceptable experience. Our goal and the goal of every Hampton Inn is to make sure that every guest is 100% satisfied every time. We obviously failed to deliver on our service pledge this time and I take full responsibility for that. I did invoke our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our end for both nights of your stay. You will see a refund to your MasterCard for $303.57. I also submitted a form to Hilton Honors, purchasing you a night of points, which is 25,000 at our property. Please allow a few days for your refund to go through and for the points to be placed in your account. I also note that you had an unsatisfactory stay at a Georgia Hampton Inn. As we are independently owned, I cannot resolve your issues there, but I can certainly attempt to contact them for you if you would like me to. Thank you again for staying with us, Ms. Rich.
