Thanks for bringing this to my attentionWe have run our merchandise sales through Square for a number of years and am sure the email it runs through is validMisspelling of the address is the only feasible scenario as I receive daily reports through square and it is all run through a single
email addressAlso, my email as well as that of our Merchandise Director are listed publicly and are not hard to accessCannot comment on a potential call issue but it sounds like an accidental hang up during the call transfer processWe do not have caller ID and would be unable to call anyone back without contact information provided prior to the attempted transferHad Mr*** tried us back this would have been very simple to address. I am guessing this is common practice of Mr*** as, I am now seeing, the time and effort were put into a Social Media rant on our page opposed to trying to connect with the appropriate parties in our organizationSquare would expire a transaction after six days of the order so I am having a hard time seeing the baseball cards being rendered useless during a, MAXIMUM, day delay from the time of the order. However, I do not have the time to fight this nor want to hassle with Mr***' public outcries if he is unable or unwilling to put in an adequate effort to contact our office to discussI am sure if he was disconnected during a call it was a singular incident. He will be refunded in full, including shipping, and not asked to return his baseball cardsI hope this is a satisfactory resolution.
