The terms are not clear and new parents end up with astronomical fees. It would be less expensive to buy one privately, than it would to return it late (which, if you are as single mother of two children under two and are unable to drive due to a c-section you will). They are unwilling to work with you on any level.Desired Settlement: I would like this account to be completely cleared from my name.
