Bellford Enterprises

PLumbing work done under license of Bellford Enterprises and Mario J was actually done by an unlicensed professional at *** Almost all of the work had to be redone. The new drain lines were installed under 1-3" deep and within my 4" foundation slab. The grade on the line was not great enough to drain. the drain line was installed with 90 degree turns that aren't to code. The existing pipes were damaged and tied into with 4 hose clamps that would have leaked and caused blockages and clogs. The drain lines were tied into abandoned lines that were inactive and would have backed up into all bathrooms and toilets. The guest bathroom sink was tied into the toilet drain line and would have smelled like sewage. The kitchen sink was not installed at the correct height for farmhouse sink that was in the specs and the supply lines had to be re-plumbed and moved. The licensed plumber listed on the permit (Mario J) was notified of all of these issues and did nothing to reimburse us for the shoddy work. He incorrectly and intentionally stated that it "passed inspection and the city was on his side" when none of this work was inspected. We had to hire another plumbing company and pay $10,300 to correct all of the problems and rectify the plumbing in order to actually get and pass an inspection. The inspections were done on a shower liner and a rough for shower liner and water heater only. They intentionally and deceptively tried to hide all of this work knowing it wouldn't pass code or inspection.
