The only treatment we did was prep teeth #7 and 11, remove the crown on#10 and make a pre-impression for a temporary bridge. We reimbursed the pre'payment for the bone graft when it was decided you were going to have a 5'unitbridge made instead. We showed you the difference in treatment plan costs andhow the two options would look to help you decide.You did not pay us $4,800 and we do not feel we owe you anything further.
