We were surprised to see this complaint. The refund check was processed by Credit Acceptance Corporation's internal warranty company, Wynns. Wynns mailed the refund check to Credit Acceptance Corporation on 04/17/and it was applied to Mrs***'s account on
05/30/17. We hope that Mrs*** feels that this matter is resolved to her satisfaction but if there is anything else needed please feel free to call our Controller, Andrea A*** at 425-289-
We have removed Mr***'s contact information from our internal system. We are now going to remove his information from any of our external vendors and hope that will stop any remaining marketing programs. If Mr*** receives any further information we encourage him to send an e-mail to the General Manager and we will stop emails for good. ***@bellevuenissan.com

I am rejecting this response because:I continue to receive daily spam emails from Bellevue Nissan. The email addresses continue to change. Today's email came from [email protected]. I have repeatedly responded to communicate that I do not wish to receive spam emails to my work address. My attempts to stop your spam emails have led to an increased number of emails sent even after the Revdex.com reporting. Please remove me from your spam list.
