In response to [redacted] lenghly complaint I have several issues with this. First we don't cheat our customers. I doubt that we would still be in business after 43 years of auto service in Bellevue if that were the case. Secondly we don't guess at a vehicle's problem without a step by step...

diagnosis. We test, not guess. If my technician said he knew what was wrong with [redacted] Jeep because he has seen this problem before was just a guess. The issue with [redacted] Jeep was a heater fan with only one speed. Also he said there is a strange noise from behind the dash. My technician confirmed the fan problem as he fan speed control module. Next the technician removed some panels under dash to expose an area he thought the noise may have been coming from. He could not hear any strange noises so he reassembled the panels. As far as the "Bait and Switch" I don't see what he means. We can never give exact prices on electrical work as too many times it can be wrong because of the condition of the vehicle and unseen problems during the repair process. "Repair Pal"posted estimate (just an estimate) was $486.18. Does that include sales tax. I don't think so. Our final bill came to $526.26 including sales tax. After [redacted] extortion style warning to tell everybody on earth that we are crooks I decided to give him a refund of $75 to be closer to Repair Pal's estimate. So [redacted] has received the repair for $451.26 instead of $486.18. As far as refunding him another $25 I do not feel this is warranted.
