Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After further investigation from BMW NW, they did determine that the advise given to us by management of the company in regards to the battery operation was inaccurateThe low battery light that we wew assured would be okay after further driving, was the root issue as to why the transmission operation failedFurthermore the DTML pump that the check engine came on for has nothing to do with the driving of the vehicle, so me driving the vehicle to OR has nothing to do with Bellevue auto house having their technicians turning the light off temporarilyFrom the way the owner has spoken to the both of us directly, obviously we are going to get no resolve from thisContacted again today to see when our licensing would be completed and was told they have days so it would be around thenJust the most unprofessional orginaztionBetween the diagnostics and repairs needed I am out dollars less than a month after purchaseNow my license plates are being held hostage when this company knew I was leaving the stateThis is UNACCEPTABLEI Pulled off their lot and couldn't even use my wipers in a rain storm in the pacific nwI had to purchase wipers bringing the grand total to Under Washington state law RCW 62A.2-314, you must correct this issue or we will be pursuing litigation for the above listed amountAlso please release my licensing for this vehicle as I paid you in CASH exactly how you requested it in a timely mannerI find this continued lack of customer service very disturbing of a company that sells high end vehicles I would no longer consider this dealership reputableWould NEVER allow a friend of enemy even to purchase from this lying establishmentThis place is the trash can of Bellevue and everyone I know will hear about this Sincerely, [redacted] ***
