Ordered a $5 bottle of pills
14 days later billing my card $150
ordered one bottle for $5
got two bottles in mail and billed my card for $10
14 days later billed my card $150 for the two bottles
advertising says its 14 day supply and they send you 30 and send an extra bottle with 30 day supply and then 14 days later charge your card for the full amount of $150 because they say its a trial offer of 14 days and if you didn't contact them within 14 days you get charged the full amount. false advertising, I thought I was getting a bottle for $5 and ended up getting charged $160 total. when I mentioned the Revdex.com they said they would give me a 75% refund of the $150 within 3 - 10 business days and remove me from there subscription that I didn't sign up for either. total scam! total false advertising, if I would have been told this I would have never ordered them ever at all.

Bad business practice. Will not issue full refund back to checking account.
I ordered a sample product from this company and gladly paid for s&h. Checked my bank statement over the weekend to find I had been charged a total of $97.83. Called today 11/27/17 after the holidays were over to ask for a refund and cancelation of my account. The $97.83 was not authorized by me. But yet they still took the money. I was at first offered only a 50% refund on the amount. I insisted this was not correct. I was then offered a 60% refund of the amount. I still disagreed with this and asked for a supervisor. Could not get to speak with a supervisor.But the representative spoke with his supervisor and then come back with a 70% refund of the amount. I was still adament about speaking with a supervisor. Was told they would call me in 2-3 days. I still asked to have a number that they would call me on...Was told it was a random number and he didn't have it. Asked if there was another different number to speak with a supervisor that I could call...this was the only number. I accept the 70% refund even though I was looking for a 100% refund. I figured recouping some is better than none. I also stated to the representative that I would not be doing any other business with them and would be contacting the Revdex.com, along with telling anyone I speak with to not do business with them as I felt this was a scam. I would still like to finish getting the other 30% of my refund back. As I do not feel this is good customer service or business practice. I will not do business with them ever again. I don't care if they could save my life...NOPE !! Don't do business with this company ever !!!!
