As long as I am in Texas, this is the company I will use- no questions asked. Moving is stressful, and a lot of people (myself once included) are first time movers and do not understand the market and what to look for. Let alone the stress that comes with strangers moving your life in a truck, there is a trust and anxiety factor that comes with it. From the start, Lea A (owner, you talk to the OWNER) relieves the initial anxiety. She is literally the nicest person and if you haven’t done your reasearch, just go read the company’s mission statement and talk to her for 15. The process itself, easy. She coordinates everything for you and does all the work needed. The movers themselves were two of the nicest guys, even offered to vaccume my place one final time post furniture removal- amazing. They wrapped everything, asked about sensitive items and were extremely efficient. They made great time, did not break anything and we’re happy to help rearrange my place when I second guessed placement of furniture. And a lot of people will look at cost, well- they beat my quote from square cow by $1,600.00 for a move from Austin to Dallas. It’s a mom and pop business where the owner takes pride, exactly the type of company you want to find in the shady business world of various moving companies. I couldn’t say enough, I’ll be a forever referral.
