Belle's Superior Movers

I have used Belle's Movers a few times before, even recommended them. But this last move was a nightmare. Their movers were so unprofessional and several of our pieces of furniture have damage from shoving them into a truck that was too small. They even dragged our leather sofa on the concrete. Not sure what happened with their company but I cannot recommend or use them ever again.

What a horrible experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They said they were going to deliver our belongings right after packing them and then called after we were waiting for an hour at our house late at night to say they decided they weren't coming. This was a complete surprise and shock to us as they had literally all of our belongings. They said they'd bring our belongings first thing the next day and didn't arrive until 9PM. We were about to call the police they were so shady. I have no idea how they have a 5 star review. They were awful!

We contacted Belle's Superior Movers to deliver a heavy office desk for us. They were professional, courteous,prompt and very reasonably priced. We definitely recommend Belle's Superior Movers!

Outstanding crew and the work they did for me. This was the 10th relocation that I have made with professional movers all over the country. I have used nationally known movers and smaller boutique movers. Of all of them Belle?s provided the best experience...no contest. Austin and Brett absolutely rocked it!

Lea Ann and Jose were great. When I had to change the date for my furniture to be brought back from storage due to delays in the renovation, they were kind and accomodating. The pricing and services they offered were well explained. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Belle's Superior Movers did a perfect job moving my expensive furniture and appliances down three flights of stairs at my old apartment and into my new home. Not one item was damaged or scratched. This is the best moving experience I have ever had in my life. This is the most awesome moving company in Austin.

I would like to say that my experience with Belle's superior moving compay was in fact superior. I could not believe how fast and professional they packed my stuff and unloaded. Price was very faor and competitive. No hidden fees. Knowledgeable workers. Also, they gave a small gift at the end as token of appreciation for using their company. I find that small token to complete the entire experience.

Used Belles Superior movers to move across town in Austin and they did a tremendous job. Showed up on time and ready to go. Explained the entire process to me so I knew what to expect. The friendliness moving company I have come across. Everyone from the coordinator to movers was extremely nice and caring. Only moving company I have come across that has a military discount! Had an amazing experience with this company! Belle’s was very accommodating and communicative through the whole process. Additionally, the movers were very patient and thorough. Despite the length of the move, and in triple-digit heat, Jose and his associate were committed to delivering quality service the whole time.

Belle’s Superior Movers made the move from our apartment a breeze! We are so thankful for their hard and professional work. We couldn’t be more happy with how our experience from setting up the move with Lea Ann to saying goodbye to Jose was. Hopefully we don’t have to move too soon again, but the next time we do we will be using Belle’s again!!

I used this moving company this weekend. Lee-Ann was great, very friendly and helpful. The movers did a great job and the guys were friendly and on time, actually they were early! I thought it was really sweet that the owner hand wrote me a personal thank you letter. I will definitely use them next time I move.

As long as I am in Texas, this is the company I will use- no questions asked. Moving is stressful, and a lot of people (myself once included) are first time movers and do not understand the market and what to look for. Let alone the stress that comes with strangers moving your life in a truck, there is a trust and anxiety factor that comes with it. From the start, Lea A (owner, you talk to the OWNER) relieves the initial anxiety. She is literally the nicest person and if you haven’t done your reasearch, just go read the company’s mission statement and talk to her for 15. The process itself, easy. She coordinates everything for you and does all the work needed. The movers themselves were two of the nicest guys, even offered to vaccume my place one final time post furniture removal- amazing. They wrapped everything, asked about sensitive items and were extremely efficient. They made great time, did not break anything and we’re happy to help rearrange my place when I second guessed placement of furniture. And a lot of people will look at cost, well- they beat my quote from square cow by $1,600.00 for a move from Austin to Dallas. It’s a mom and pop business where the owner takes pride, exactly the type of company you want to find in the shady business world of various moving companies. I couldn’t say enough, I’ll be a forever referral.
