One week after my second c-section and I'm really impressed
I'm just finishing up my first week wearing this and so far I'm really impressed! This is my 2nd pregnancy and with my first, I bought an inexpensive waist trainer and it was just okay. But I decided to splurge and go with a Bellefit and WOW at the difference between the 2. Bellefit doesn't bunch up or rub, I wear it all day (with a pad!) and it doesn't bother me at all (and I had a c-section!) and I can see my belly slimming down each day. So if you don't mind spending the money, it's well worth it.

Poor business practices
placed my order on the 17th of February, on the 18th I received an email with a tracking number. They haven't shipped my order, yet when I log into my account to check on order status it says that my order is complete.
I spoke with customer service via *** and they stated that my order was backlogged due to one of the items in my order being out of stock.
When I made the order the website did not indicate they were low on stock, out or backlogged.
This is poor business practice, at its worst. I paid almost 150.00 USD for my order, and they are content selling products they don't have.
According to customer service my order will be shipped between the 4th of March and the 10th. So by the time I get it, if I get it at all, it will be approximately a month later.
This is unacceptable.
For them to add indicators to their online store for when a product is out of stock, and the estimated date of availability for the out of stock product.
We had experienced high demand on the item purchased by *** resulting in a backorder/shipping delay, of which Mrs. was notified via e-mail.
As promised, ***'s package was shipped on March 5th, 2020, and finally got delivered on March 9th, 2020.
Package was shipped with Tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The latest USPS tracking update shows: March 9, 2020, 10:25 am, "Delivered".
Since this package has been delivered, we'd consider this case resolved for our ***, ***.

The matter was handled expeditiously, but they still really need to post information on their site when there are delays and back orders, so consumers can make an informed decision.
Waiting a month for something that should have been here in a few days is still poor business practice, especially considering it took a few weeks for them to send the email.
All of that being said, I can see why they're in such high demand. It's a great product and I plan to continue ordering from them.
I ordered the Bellefit corset on Nov. 18 and the website showed no indication that the item I ordered was out of stock. The following day, by chance, I called to change the size of the corset I ordered from Medium to Large. That's when the representative told me that the Bellefit corset I ordered was out of stock in both the Medium and Large. That was the first negative for me. Next, there was no clear re-stocking date. The representative mentioned that Nov. 25th I would be notified if the item was restocked. Not only did I not get any notification, but they went ahead and charged my card ASAP without so much as providing me a restocking date. First of all, most decent e-commerce sites indicate on the website if an item is out of stock before the customer buys it. Second, I wanted the corset fairly soon and wouldn't have purchased it if I knew it was out of stock. Third, they charged me without even providing a restocking date for the item I purchased. This seems like a terrible business practice and every other respectable store I've ever bought from holds off on charging customers until the item is in stock and processed.
Sold a product that was actually out of stock and shipped it one month later, made return process a headache and required me to pay extra to return.
Bellefit is selling a postpartum product that is sized specifically for changing bodies after giving birth. I purchased the product June 17 with no indication it was out of stock but later received an email that it would ship early July with no other options to cancel or change the order in the email.
By the time the product arrived a month later it no longer fit, which is expected with their products yet they took no responsibility for the delay in shipping or the fact the product didn't work out due to the late arrival and required me to pay extra to send it back.
The customer service people are rude and extremely unhelpful.
Refund for return shipping as it was their fault the product arrived late and no longer fit- product was ordered using their guidelines for sizing in June. It was sent so late it no longer fit and they should be required to pay return shipping as this was their mistake and inventory issue.
The company emailed me this morning and agreed to the return and to pay for return shipping regarding their product. You can close this case
I am very disappointed with this company. I order two girdles from them. One-I ended up keeping because I tried it on so often-I personally felt it would not be fair to the company to return. However, I ordered another product from them because I thought it might be a better fit. Once received-I tried on the product exactly ONCE (after taking a shower and before putting any lotion or anything else on my body). Using their sizing instructions I ordered an XXL. It was huge and did not fit. I immediately requested a refund and returned the item. Now they are saying it cannot be refunded because of stains and a snag in the crotch material and they have sent me pictures. These stains cannot be mine. Additionally, there are tiny stains in the material-which also cannot be from me. And the snag in the thong crotch was there as well. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone-especially seeing how since they ship products in conditions which they would not accept in return. This is a rip off (these items cost over $100!). Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I wish I see prier review for this business. I would not purchase any items through this business. Using their sizing chart I ordered the appropriate size girdle for my wife. The girdle came and was not even close to fitting. My wife bought M on Amazon and it much larger then L which I bought directly. So I followed the very detailed instructions to return the brand new not tried on even once item. Only for them to tell me that my return would not be accepted due to a small stain on the back of the girdle. They send me picture of different one with stain and which was tried on... I have pictures to prove that there was nothing on the girdle upon returning. They are not professional when speaking with them concerning this matter. Very disappointed!!

Refusal to refund after guidelines followed.
On Invoice ID: WC-XXXXXX from 11/10/2017 we purchased a girdle from the company. The wife tried on the girdle following the guidelines posted on their website. It did not meet her needs so we packaged it back up and returned it. We contacted them for the return on 11/29/17 and shipped off the return on 12/01/17. When they received it they stated it was stained and did not meet their guidelines for a return. It took them 7 days from when they received it to when they contacted us about the "stain" They are unable to provide a chain of custody of the product to ensure that the stain was not acquired in their possession as it did not happen in ours. They also cannot provide proof that it is the same item we sent in. When we contacted them they offered my wife to send it back or store credit. They refused to offer a refund that was within their guidelines.
The business needs to own up to customer service and provide a full refund for merchandise that was returned within their guidelines.

After I filed complaint the business refunded the amount
I just had surgery and needed a compression garment. Contact Bellefit and at the advice of the sales rep (after discussing my weight and dress size) ordered 2 large Girdle Zipper compression garments priced at $101.25 each totaling $202.50. Bellefit does offer a 30 day money back guarantee(ordered 9/13/2017 shipped backed 9-23-2017). After receiving them I tried them on and both were too tight and couldn't be worn. So I called Bellefit and spoke with customer service and received and RMA # and returned them, but not after taking photos of their condition (which were in perfect condition). I received and email from Bellefit stating that one of the girdles had a stain on it and they could only refund money for one and that they would ship the stained girdle back to me. I sent them photos of the girdles front and back which showed no stain and in my email stated that the stain (if any)was done at their end not mine. I haven't heard and thing back. I didn't reorder any other size since I felt the extra large would be too big.
