I called on the following business day they were open! I was offered the opportunity to return and refused I asked for a full refund on the hair cut, since it was a non product procedure, and half refund on the color I provided pictures to the stylist prior to her service and I provided pictures to the owner/manager when I placed the complaint I do not have any appointment to cancel, I would not go back to that salon due to their attitude and I want a FULL refund due to their attitude!
