Bellami Curves

Never received product from website! Emailed and reached out many of times!!! Contacted my credit card company for further review! There is also another contact number on my statement different from the website.
I also called that number and that person seemed to be foriegn and didn't know what Bellami curves was!! This matter is under investigation and whoever will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

I ordered a product from this website, received an order number and confirmation email, then was charged for the product but haven't received any shipping information/ updates. I have emailed multiple times first asking if my order was indeed confirmed no reply... then I emailed again asking for a refund... then I called and the number provided goes straight to voicemail. I have reached out multiple times. I was charged for the product and never received it or any updates regarding my order.
