I am beyond frustrated with this companyThe company is only excited to work with you the day payment is processed Here is a timeline of my history with this company: October 8th: I first inquired about their services and was told by a representative that my website could potentially be up and running within a weekThey then sent me an invoice via Paypal October 9th: Payment via Paypal completedThe same day, [redacted] (Strategic Business Development) sent me a questionnaire to fill out October 13th: I emailed back the questionnaire October 15th: [redacted] replied back, confirmed that he'd received the questionnaire and told me that the website would be done within hours October 22nd: [redacted] sent me an email indicating that the website had been completed (more than hours later but I didn't complain) October 23rd: [redacted] asked to set up a phone meeting and gave me a list of times/datesI told him that Tuesday 10/27/at 1:20pm PST would work best for & asked for a phone number that I could call since I was living abroad with a nine hour time difference at the time and could only speak on the phone via SkypeI did not hear back from him October 27th: I emailed [redacted] again asking him for a phone numberHe replied back and said that you cannot receive inbound calls so he would start the process via email and assured me that this wouldn't be a problemThen he asked me if I was a U.ScitizenI assured him that I was and would only be living abroad for a few more weeksHe stopped emailing me after thisI still hadn't complained October 28th: I still hadn't heard [redacted] you so I took it upon myself to email him for an updateHe didn't reply November 2nd: I still hadn't heard from him so I emailed again to check-inStill no reply November 10th: I reminded him that I was now back in Los Angeles, where I was born and raised, and told him that if I didn't hear back I would go ahead and contact my bank to open an investigationHe finally replied back to my email and said that the site had not been completed because he could not open the questionnaire that I had emailed in on October 13thIf he had not received the questionnaire, how was the site completed on October 22nd? And why didn't he let me know? I didn't question it and I resent him the questionnaire attachment Even after re-sending, I still did not hear back from the company November 23rd: I emailed [redacted] again to follow upHe replied back with an email indicating that an invitation to join had been sentI did not receive anything and still have not received anything November 25th: I still had not received anything and so I emailed him once again to follow upI still have not received anything from them December 4th: I emailed [redacted] with a timeline of my history with the company and told him that If I did not hear back by December 8th (months after signing up with the company) I would go ahead and cancel all charges made to my cardHe emailed back right away and CC'd his supervisor, Leon, in the email [redacted] assured me that Leon would be contacting me shortly to resolve the situationI never heard from Leon December 8th: Ended business with this company The company not only failed to provide the service I paid for, they did not even try to resolve the situation after I'd brought up the problems and expressed my concernExtremely disappointed

this place takes your money and doesn't return emails or issue a refundbad place to do business withstill trying to resolve issue but they are ignoring my emails for a month nowdo not do business with themthey are liars and thieves

Worse experience you can ever imagine! I sent my hard earned money and they NEVER refunded me anything!
They are the worst ever!
People work so hard for their money and then these people are so disadvantageous!
I was so hurt because I was just 18 when I started my drop shipping business and invested all my money into this business, when they took my money I cried almost everyday because I worked so hard and didn't get any justice. Please if you guys have any heart for others...don't hurt a youth like this.

DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND LITERALLY SEND 20+ EMAILS
They respond when they feel like itThey don't build websites in the timeframe like they advertiseWhen you are finally up and running on shopify they don't respond to orders in which they fail to ship, yet they gladly charge your card for processing orders
Do not do business with themMy sister also has the same issues and same experienceThere are literally only people in their business you CAN NOT TELL ME THEY HAVE MORE as you will only get a half *** response from

I am literally having to temporarily close my online boutique to find better vendorsMy backup vendors are in China and I never had any issues with them responding or sending out orders

December 8th: Ended business with this company.
The company not only failed to provide the service I paid for, they did not even try to resolve the situation after I'd brought up the problems and expressed my concern. Extremely disappointed.

I signed up for a monthly stylist subscription and paid a set up fee. They charged my card immediately and informed me that they would be in touch with the log-in information for my account within 24 business hours. It has been almost a month and I have sent 4 emails I have had no response yet and they are supposed to be charging me for another month for access to a service that I am unable to use. I contacted the live chat on their website and they told me to expect a call from an account manager within 24 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. I posted twice on their Facebook page trying to get help and they deleted my Facebook posts but still nobody has gotten back to me.

Please buyers beware.

I'm just starting out, and this company is destroying my credibility as reputable business already. I've only had three sales, and each one I've had to refund for one reason or another. The first two orders turned out to be out of stock, and the most recent I placed the customers order and the company shipped her the wrong size. I'm so disappointed. The only way to communicate with this company is through email. There are no phone numbers listed any where, you can not communicate with an actual human. So if you have an issue that needs to be resolved quickly, you are out of luck. I emailed them concerning the customers issue. I was hoping I could get a quick response, because of course my customer was agitated and needing a quick response as well, it's been well over 48 hours and I still haven't heard back. I can't afford to continue to do business like this.

Zero Stars for this horrible, shady company! I purchased my turnkey website in July 2016. In the beginning you have their full attention. I understand some of this is a learning experience, but I'm pretty self sufficient and I followed ALL their business tactics. I work on this business and have gained customers, only to cancel orders because everything that is fulfilled by bellavi and collective fab same garbage, is OUT OF STOCK? really??? How can you be dropshipper and do not have the products. The updates are unreal. I have to manually, go into each product, and update it. They charge you 29.00 a month for what? They have filled two orders and when they do, they wait until weeks to fulfill it. I have many emails with customer service, which I believe is not in the US. I wrote to the supervisor/and he never responded. I assume, he has heard the same complaints numerous times. I am moving forward, I have orders placed, and I fill them from other resources, and that's really how I'm running my business right now. My advice, drop them and find other sources, because you will be out of business and lots of money before you even get a chance to do anything. I have started purchasing products so I can have it ready for my customers. I'm also cancelling my membership with them. What a waste of money and time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shopify is a good setup, I like how it's designed. The fee monthly is worth it, and I have been paid for all of my orders I have fulfilled. Just need to cut out the bogus middleman that cares nothing about you OR your customers.

Can I give 0 stars? From horrible (and I mean, HORRIBLE) customer service, saying they will get in touch with the "Shipping Supervisor" and they never do, to extremely delayed shipping, and many, many more issues. They claim shipping and fulfillment will happen 24-48 hours after receiving the order, however shipping may take weeks. I have had an order placed for two weeks now with no fulfillment. I have received multiple credit card chargebacks because this company provides false shipping information. I currently have 5 products waiting to be fulfilled for over a week. An absolute nightmare of an experience dealing with this company. I strongly suggest to take your business elswhere as this company is full of lies and deceit.
