I have met with complete frustration with the Bella Valentina website. I placed an order December 4 and a payment of 115.65 US was taken from my credit card. Since then I have not received the item, been promised numerous times that the company could indeed ship to my address and I should wait 5 to 7 business days for an email update. Nothing. I learned that no refund would be given but a credit on my account but I have not found a record of my credit and when trying to use the credit on another item found that the only way to complete the order was to issue more money from my credit card. I now think the company has designated my email enquiries to be blocked and am out $115 US with nothing to show for it. Very disappointing! I want a refund!

They are scammers. I ordered a dress a week ago and still hasn’t gotten delivered. I want my money back NOW. THIS IS STUPID. I ONLY GAVE THIS A 1 STAR RATING BC THERE WASNT AN OPTION FOR A 0. THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND.

I have emailed this company Bella Valentina multiple times an they have not given my $79 credit back to me, just took the money an ignore what they did, they sent the wrong items, I sent the picture back as requested an they haven't responded back since , how can they get away with this when you won't return the money back an now even the credit, they have ignored all emails , can this get rectified ? So upsetting an misleading to All customers , don't recommend place to anyone

Ordered online item, Mis-Advertised, damaged item, 4 week response time, will not accept return.
I ordered a pair of glasses on Bella valentinas online site. I received the glasses and they were completely different from the online pictures and description. Not only that, they were completely damaged and warped. I contracted customer service and they didn't get back to me until over 4 weeks later. They said they can't accept the return unless it's in good condition. I received the item damaged though!!!!

I only gave this place one star because it wouldn't let me give them zero. I ordered a bathing suit from this company and never received it. I emailed them, four times letting them know, and I couldn't even get a response. It says all sales are final, so don't fall for it. You won't get a thing from them. Not even an apology. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I made two orders from Bella Valentina LA (11/26/19 and 12/4/19) and STILL have not received my items. They have ignored my emails inquiring about it.
They sent shipping confirmation emails stating the packages would arrive in 6-10 business days, but the tracking numbers they provided still say that Usps is awaiting the packages.

I emailed them on 2/17/2020 asking them to refund me, as the event I needed the products for had passed. They ignored my emails.

I purchased merchandise from this establishment 3 months ago and I have still yet to receive my merchandise. My next step is to notify my bank!
I purchased some Rockstar Black Caged Bootie Heels for 78.00. I paid for the merchandise in November. 3 months have passed and I have received no response from the company indicating when my merchandise will arrive. I've checked the tracking number which indicates there is no shipment activity and now I have to notify my bank to get my money back.

Missing Items

This company is a scam. They don't answer messages or emails. They provide a tracking number and they don't ship their items.
I placed an order on 1/17/20 for the amount of $39.79. I received a text message with a tracking number on 1/21/20. I keep tracking my package and it states that the package is awaiting item to be picked up. I email Bella Valentina and no response. I want my money back.

I requested a refund because my order had not shipped and I was told that I will have my money in 5-10 business days but it's going on a month now.
I placed an order on 12.28.2019, the order number is ***. I ordered the Spiked Gold Designer heels and noticed that my order had not shipped as promised so I sent them an email concerning my order on 1.4.2020. The manager *** responded that same day and told me that the order was in back order due to the holiday sales. I sent another email on 1.4.2020 requesting a refund of my purchase. On 1.5.2020, *** a customer support specialist, emailed me back and said that she cancelled my order and that I should have my refund within 5-10 business days. I have not received my refund and I've sent them 5 emails since and they are not responding anymore. I want my money back. My order total was $69.39 and I paid with a debit card so the money immediately came out when I submitted my order online. I received a tracking number on 1.2.2020 and it still says USPS Has generated a tracking number and is awaiting for the item to arrive for shipment.

I am very disappointed that this company is allowed to operate in this manner. I read the reviews before I ordered because I had never heard of the company, but I like to judge companies based on my own experience. I have to say I am in agreement with the reviews I read. My experience with the company is less than 1 star and I would not recommend anyone do business with them until there are some major changes with their online service. I paid for a blouse during the Christmas sale season and according to the website it was on back order. The date that my order was supposed to ship was nearing and I went back to the website because I had not received any shipping information. The site showed the blouses were in stock and could be shipped prior to the date on my receipt. If that were true then why hadn't my blouse been shipped? I attempted to contact the company with no success. It wasn't until I contacted my card company and file a dispute that I was contacted by email and this time with an apology and a new date that the blouse would be sent. That date came and still no blouse so I replied to the email I received and explained that I would like to have the blouse, but if they are not able to provide it as previously stated, then I would like a refund. I received an immediate email saying that they would be glad to refund my money but I would have to cancel the inquiry with my card company. Not we can send the blouse which is still listed as available on their website, but we will issue a refund. I replied to the email and asked the question, "So am I correct that the email you sent stating I would receive the blouse by the date in the email was false?" I did not receive a response to my message. It occurred to me that this company is collecting interest off the money they are collecting from purchases, but based on what I've read customers are not getting the items, but rather a refund in some case and apparently no refund in other cases. So is this a legitimate company or a scam to collect money to earn interest? I'm going to contact the consumer protection office of our state Attorney General to see if my suspicion is valid. Please be careful of a company with no way to be reached except by email.

Tried to contact them thru email on many occasions since they don't have a phone number listed and still no response this is a terrible company to purchase from and should be taken down and not be able to sale to anyone since their a fraud ! I wish I would have look at Revdex.com first before I placed my order.....but my bank is disputing the amount and refunding my money. So please do not order anything from this FAKE WEBSITE that is just taking people money.

Given a txt with a link to contact them, but beyond the first attempt, nothing. It says "we respond immediately," totally misleading & UNresponsive.
Ordered a pair of glasses Wednesday December 25, 2019. Got a txt saying they got my order & it would be 7-10 days before sent. Txt on Tuesday December 31, 2019 it shipped. Order #1976, shipping *** came (unsure when, I work out of town Wed-Th-Fri). Saw it Sat. Glasses. Designer glasses. Arrived in a USPS ENVELOPE. Cardboard, yes, but an envelope!? Then inserted in a Bella Valentina LA bag. Not a bubble bag. Not a box. But a nylon thin bag. Miraculously (no stamped "fragile" anywhere), the glasses arrived mashed into my mailbox without cracking incident. Totally got on the txt link to contact them, but beyond their initial response (which WAS immediate, so I know they are getting my messages!!!!) of "Oh, so glad your package arrived!" I have tried at least 3 or 4 x to get them, the last time earlier today (before fruitlessly searching for another contact method). Since google gets me no other method of contact (who doesn't have a phone?!) I'm thoroughly disgusted. Worst purchase experience since purchasing on the internet (10 years? Did my entire Xmas shopping that way the 8 years I worked as a receptionist at a car dealership. Easy. And not a single incident so rude. If this is to deter returns, then they shouldn't be on the internet. It may have been another site, but I recall a declaration of "try these on." Glasses are very personal & this will be the LAST time I order them online. And I will never deal with this company. Unhappy customers make the worst kind of advertising, I learned in private business. I want contact with these people.

As of 12/27, I have not received my order and the retailer has not provided USPS with the items to ship. I paid using my credit card ($61.60 for the glasses, $6.99 for shipping). I emailed the retailer 12/27 - no response. I am requesting a full refund.

Buyer Beware. This company is a scam. They will claim item has shipped. Post office will dispute that it ever shipped. They will then promise a refund. Refund never comes. Their 24 hour customer service does not exist. Shop elsewhere.

Never received dress that I paid for
I ordered a dress for $120, it says it was confirmed & would be here within 6-10 business days. It has been over that amount of time & never shipped. I ordered on November 11th. I emailed to check on where it was on November 18th, never heard a response. My order is still "pending"... I can't find a phone number for them only emails, they don't respond. I paid via debit card.

I purchased a sequin top for $72.19 thirteen days ago. Their website claims delivery in 5-10 business days. I have no product. No indication of shipping and no response from the company after multiple emails. Their social media sites have recently shown the same concerns with multiple comments of no products, no communication from the company and consumer scamming. The consumer (I) was charged at time of purchase .

July 30 *** replied saying they would issue a refund in 5-7 business days. Today is August 15 and *** said they issued a store credit for me.
