I am rejecting this response because:
Bella Sposa has not addressed my concern at all. My sisters current size and the dress not fitting is not my complaint. My complaint lies with Bella Sposa going against the sizing recommendation of [redacted] (I have included the sizing chart as an attachment. Her original measurements are listed in my original complaint) and denying her access to her size before purchase. Bella Sposa ordered a size too small for the measurements taken at the time of purchase (which were taken by a Bella Sposa employee and written on her receipt) They continually ignores my concern and focuses on body shaming my sister. I would like the *ordering* error to be addressed. They went against the ordering recommendations set forth by [redacted]
