Bella Skin Cream

Signed up for free trial of face cream. Called same day to cancel. I changed my mind about trying the product. They said they canceled the order. I called back and spoke to another rep to confirm it had been canceled. They said it was canceled and I would not be charged. About 2 weeks later I get charged $48.00 to my bank account. So I call back and ask why I was charged. They denied that I called to cancel and said they wouldn’t refund the $48.00 I never received the order they billed me for. did some research and found many complaints. These people are scammers and will keep charging me monthly. Can you please help me get my money back. Thank you
