Bella Property Management

I signed a property management contract with *** to begin January 1st, 2020 and less than a month into the partnership there have been issues. It first started when the property manager I was working with at the start of the partnership suddenly resigned with no notice and no action plan of who will be taking over my contract. Shortly after, a new back up colleague reached out without any proper introduction, notification, game plan or status from the owner. Within a week or so, this backup also suddenly resigned and did not inform me of any action plan or backup contact. After many tries, I finally was able to get the owner's contact (***) through a handyman. After numerous emails and and phone calls, *** the owner finally responded via email saying she will give me a call twice but never did. I don't know if I'm going to be receiving my Feb rent money or the security deposits and I don't know what's going on at the property since I'm an out of stat investor. I still don't know why she feels the need not to respond as a business owner of her own. I understand that changes in the business will occur such as employees leaving but the lack of follow up and not fulfilling the contractual obligations is disappointing. Due to no communications whatsoever, I'm scrambling to find another company who would be willing to take over the management service and fix this mess.
