I had the worst massage of my life at this salon...I asked several times for the woman to massage a certain area then she would just scratch me their...I tried to inform her it does not itch but that my back is in pain...also she did give much of a massage it was more of her rubbing lotion on my back...I requested a min massage and she left the room times during my service not to mention the door would be left cracked open as I am laying topless...When I called back to complain there was no accommodation just a waste of my time and money!!!

Review: I purchased a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure from Bella Nail Spa on October 3, 2012. I went to redeem the gift certificate on September 9, 2013 and was informed that they would not honor it because the business is under new ownership. They said that the old owner kept no records of gift certificates. The man working pulled out a stack gift certificates that others had tried to use and were denied. The name of the business remains the same as do the address and telephone number printed on my gift certificate. The man working was unable to provide me with contact information for the past owner citing that they had moved.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded or a new gift certificate issued.
