This business owner sent a flower arrangement on Mother's Day with one rose in itI charged the flower arrangements on my credit card on my boyfriend's behalf this was in She moved locations so I put the old review on her new location in BellinghamWe live in California but we order locally where his Mother and Grandmother liveShe used help to remove my review and sent me these conversationsI never replied to any of them so that probably made her more mad as it progressedIs this review actually for the Belle Flora in Bellingham WA or San Francisco? I don't think this is for our shop since you are in California and we never send out any arrangements with a single rose in themPlease make sure you are reviewing the correct Belle Flora so as to not hurt our reputationThanks,

Really? You have nothing better to do then cut and paste a review that probably wasn't even relevant over a year ago when you posted it the first time?!
First and foremost, you are not a customer of ours, so your argument is invalidYou state several times your BOYFRIEND is a customer, or was in the pastI don't think you understand what your review does to a businessIf there was a problem back on 5/16/when you left the original review, your boyfriend, as the sender, should have contacted us with the issues instead of you taking to Yelp to review something that has nothing to do with youAs of October the shop has been under new management and ownership which is why the original review is completely invalid as of now
