Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don’t respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and just take your money. Plus all sales are final and will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. The clothes are polyester and made in China. Their sizes run small. This business is not ready for online business. They should stick to brick and mortar.

Really awful company to deal with. They are unreasonable and lie to suit their needs then double down when caught in the lie.
I ordered a dress 15 days before an event and paid for 2-3 day shipping. They didn't ship the dress until over a week later and it won't arrive before I have to go out of town for the very event the dress was ordered for because the 2-3 day shipping doesn't ship on weekends. They refused to cancel or refund the purchase even though the shipping was seriously delayed due to a technical problem verifying addresses on their end.

A Better Business Report has been filed against them in order to request a refund for an order that still hasn't been fulfilled. According to USPS, they haven't received the package and the boutique is now closed for the weekend...cool.

I can't speak to the quality of the clothes because who knows when I'll receive the dress. I'd say give them a shot if you don't care when you might receive the item you ordered.

Do not believe any of the good reviews you see! These people are fraudulent. I placed an online order April of 2020 and upon arrival, I decided I would return the items because they were very low quality! I went through the hassle of printing my own shipping label and sending the order back to them in exchange for a refund. It is August 2020 and I have yet to get a refund. I called the place of business and spoke to Trevor who was very rude and refused to process my refund and hung up in my face! Stating COVID-19 caused a bigger delay than I expected and he had no idea when they would get to it. Then he started harassing my email box with distasteful and harassing emails. I disputed the charge with my bank and they denied it! Have yet to get my money back for this. $353 worth!!! And ZERO remorse. Buyers be aware!! Shop elsewhere. They are thieves!!!!

I recently ordered 3 dresses and received them in a timely manner. All 3 were ill fitting and given that they were all size medium, it was surprising that one was huge, the other too tight, and the third way too short. I logged in to follow the process for returns, and was unable to select 2 of the 3 dresses I wanted to return, so I emailed their customer service. Their response informed me that 2 of the dresses I had purchased were final sale and therefore non refundable. I was shocked to hear that since I hadn't noticed any 'final sale' language anywhere during the shopping and checkout process. I asked them to tell me where it was indicated that the items were final sale, and their response was that "items ending in $.97 are final sale' and that you can find that information on the returns page on their website. So, I went back and checked every page I saw online from browsing products to checkout and there wasn't one page where 'final sale' or any refund rules were mentioned. I informed them that it seemed intentionally misleading to omit 'final sale' language from the product page, the checkout page, the packaging invoice slip, and the email order confirmation and that I would appreciate it if they considered honoring a refund and changing their misleading information to facilitate more informed purchases for customer. Their response was "Unfortunately we cannot make an exception. Sorry for any inconvenience". They aren't sorry. They intentionally mislead customers and I intend to get my money back.

I bought 2 shirts from Bella Ella through a 3rd party vendor. The picture of the shirt is of a blue shirt. There was no mention of the color in the description so the picture was all I had to go on. When I received the shirts, they were gray, not blue. I contacted the seller to start the return of these items, because they were the wrong color.
The seller offered a refund of the shirts, but not the S&H, which should be refunded per the 3rd party vendor's return policy. Bella Ella refuses to do this, claiming that the shirts I received are correct and that the picture on the listing shows the wrong color.
It cost me more to return the shirts than it did for them to send me the shirts because they lied to the Post Office about the weight of the initial package. I am out more then $12 in shipping costs.
Bella Ella also said that I would receive that partial refund 2-3 business days after they receive the shirts back. A week later, I contacted them because I had not heard back and was informed that they had not processed my return package yet and hoped to get through it in another 5-7 business days.

One of their out door aluminum sandwich board signs was not properly secured. When a wind storm came though the sign blew into and down the whole side of my car. It dented and scratched my car from the front bumper all they way to the rear panel. I have been working with the store manger to get the damage covered to no avail. I will now have to file in small claims court to get the damage covered.
