Bell Movers

We hired Bell Movers for a move from a condo in Tiffin Iowa to a condo in North Liberty Iowa. There were no issues during the moving of the items. However after the move was complete one of the movers said good bye and turned around quickly and walked right through the sliding screen door. It broke off and flew out into the yard.
We sent an email to Bell Movers on 6/30 letting Scott (our contact, he may be the owner) know what happened with the door. We tried to replace the wheels on the door but it was too sprung so we had to buy a new door. The replacement door was $84. We asked for an even $100 to cover the door and the hassle of having to go back and forth to get the parts.
I didn't receive a response via email so I called Scott (I believe he is the owner at Bell Movers) on 7/9/2019. He didn't answer but called me right back and said he knew about the broken door and got my email and he would get a check in the mail.
We didn't get the check so I emailed again on 7/24/19. I didn't get a response so I called again on 7/25 and he told me he had given a cashiers check to an employee and told him to mail it. He could not confirm which address (Tiffin or North Liberty) he sent it.
We didn't still hadn't gotten the check so I called again on 7/25/19 and 7/29/19. Scott told me that he sent another check and that he had mailed it himself. I asked which address and he couldn't remember. I called on 8/6/19 and asked for an address so we could go pick up a check and he never called back.
