had come to the Revdex.com because of the reputation for mediating customer service problems. Mr. [redacted] says he responded to both of my letters but the problem is I did not receive either of those letters. However, I am very much inclined to believe Mr. [redacted]'s word regarding the letters. Things get lost in the mail and the nursing home office does not have the best record of delivering resident mail so it is entirely possible I did not get received. The copy of his letter that I received from the Revdex.com along with the copy of the document I'd been requesting is exactly what I'd requested and I am satisfied. I have no interest in closing my contract with Bell Funeral Home and even though I won't be around I am looking forward to doing business with them. I thank everyone involved for their cooperation and at least now I will know what the disposition of my jewelry will be.
