The fact of the matter is that I have two third-party vendors whom attested to the fact that I still had bed bugs when they inspected the residence with their own certified bed bug inspecting dogs and exterminators handling those dogsI also have photographs showing the bed bug bites which were the same exact symptoms I had when Bell Environmental's (the vendor this complaint concerns) bed bug inspecting dogs and exterminators confirmed bed bug in the residenceIt is completely illogical for them to assert that I did not have bed bugs at the time, considering the two third-party attestations and my documented symptomsThe relevant documentation (attachments, including a PDF) regarding this is attached, and you may contact [redacted] Control to confirm that they found evidence of bed bugs present in my apartment when they did their own dog and exterminator inspectionThat residential address was at [redacted] ***As such, please have the company refund my credit card for the $ 2,charge for the fumigation treatment given that there was no point in them treating just the furniture since bed bugs also hide in other places at a residence, such as under carpeting and on baseboardsBoth the furniture and non-furniture items in the residences needed to be treated, like I had hired them to do via the insurance policy and the furniture fumigationTheir service was both improper and inferior because they did not treat my residence via the insurance policy while my furniture was offsite getting fumigated by them

Our company performed a total of 7 treatments in her residence at [redacted]  Five of which were performed underthe Protection Plan Contract despite the fact that there was no evidence ofbed bugs persisting after we eliminated the initial infestation with twothorough treatments– evidence being no positive alerts made by our company’s certifiedand trained canine teams or physical specimens found in her residence.  After eliminating the initial bed buginfestation from this client’s home, we performed 3 canine inspections with twodifferent canine/handler teams during the course of her Contract as well as 6human inspections none of which turned up evidence of any persisting bed bugactivity. The Terms and Conditions of the [redacted]’s Protection Plan Contract   (whichthe customer refers to as the insurance policy) – SEE ATTACHED AGREEMENT, statethat we will agree to treat for bed bugs only if physical evidence is found ora positive alert is made by our company’s canine handling team. bug inspecting dogs and exterminators handling those dogs. I also have photographs showing the bed bug bites which were the same exact symptoms I had when Bell Environmental's (the vendor this complaint concerns) bed bug inspecting dogs and exterminators confirmed bed bug in the residence. It is completely illogical for them to assert that I did not have bed bugs at the time, considering the two third-party attestations and my documented symptoms. The relevant documentation (6 attachments, including a PDF) regarding this is attached, and you may contact [redacted] Control to confirm that they found evidence of bed bugs present in my apartment when they did their own dog and exterminator inspection. That residential address was at [redacted].As such, please have the company refund my credit card for the $ 2,500 charge for the fumigation treatment given that there was no point in them treating just the furniture since bed bugs also hide in other places at a residence, such as under carpeting and on baseboards. Both the furniture and non-furniture items in the residences needed to be treated, like I had hired them to do via the insurance policy and the furniture fumigation. Their service was both improper and inferior because they did not treat my residence via the insurance policy while my furniture was offsite getting fumigated by them.

Review: I paid Bell Environmental for their annual insurance policy to get rid of bed bugs via cryonite (freeze treatments for bed bugs) in the event that, after they were done getting rid of the bed bugs in my place of residence, I got bed bugs again within a year, that they would exterminate the bed bugs using the cryonite (freeze treatment). The initial treatments I paid for prior to the insurance did not get rid of the bed bugs to begin with. I later hired Bell Environment to fumigate my furniture to kill the bed bugs that way, with the expectation that they would honor the insurance policy I bought with them, for them to do the cryonite (freeze treatment) while my furniture was offsite being fumigated by them. I paid them $ 2,500 to have my furniture fumigated off-site, yet they refused to honor the insurance policy by doing cryonite (freeze treatment) in my place of residence. Their excuse was that I did not have bed bugs any longer. Why would I spend $ 2,500 to get my furniture fumigated if I did not have bed bugs? Furthermore, I had two different companies whom use bed bug-sniffing dogs come to my residence and their dogs alerted to the presence of bed bugs.

I continued to get bitten by bed bugs while my furniture was offsite being fumigated, as well as after my furniture was returned, post-fumigation.Desired Settlement: Please have the company refund my credit card for the $ 2,500 charge for the fumigation treatment given that there was no point in them treating just the furniture since bed bugs also hide in other places at a residence, such as under carpeting and on baseboards. Both the furniture and non-furniture items in the residences needed to be fumigated, like I had hired them to do via the insurance policy and the furniture fumigation. Their service was both improper and inferior because they did not treat my residence via the insurance policy while my furniture was offsite getting fumigated by them.
