Bell Drapery Cleaners

Bell Drapery does bespoke drapes; however, it has no signage, nor are there any reviews of that particular service. Nevertheless, I remember having heard of their service, so I approached them. After deciding on a sample--nothing. No reply to phone call messages or voicemails. They sent a fax; odd, because I hadn't given them my fax number, and my machine was therefore turned off. They didn't follow up; I called two weeks later to find out what was going on--only then, after a month had gone by, did they send around someone to take measurements of my present curtains. Was promised drapes two weeks later. A month later, I called and left message with 'secretary'. Nothing. A month later, wrote letter explaining why I did not want to use their services any more, given this lack of response, professionalism, call it what you want. That was two weeks ago--there has been no reply. Disgusted. Thank goodness no money given.
