This job was a cash agreement made between the complaint and a former employeeSince this former employee used All Seasons truck to perform this job we attempted to assist out of good willI instructed the former employee to correct the situationHe started works as an independent contractor; I
gave his contact information to her and vice versaThe complaint has continued to contact us although we have repeatedly asked her to call the independent contractor who she made the agreement with insteadI have once again contacted that contractor and asked him to contact the complaint directly and rectify the situation.Best Regards,All Seasons A/C & Heating

I have personally contacted the customer and have already addressed complaint in person yesterday at 6pm. Customer's concerns have been resolved.  Thank you
