We had good experiences with them for a number of years. I never "price-shopped" them, always took them at their word. They replaced 6 injectors for me in August of 2015 ($5,082.52). One of the bolts snapped while my driver was on the turnpike. After a $500 tow to an International Dealer... the dealer says that this work should be under warranty. Turns out [redacted] saved me a few bucks in NEW bolts instead of replacing 8 year OLD bolts. [redacted] "can't be held responsible for bolts". The dealer tells me, they would have never put those old bolts back in. [redacted] refuses to stand behind their work. After arguing with Steve (B[redacted]) about my dis-satisfaction... I called around for estimates on the repair, only to find that [redacted] was 35% higher than the 3 nearest places to me (including a dealer) on the parts. (ie. B[redacted] $418.50 / injector, Dealer $275 / injector). I will tell anyone who will listen... stay away from [redacted]!
