I had the privilege of having my heating systems serviced by John [redacted] from Bel-O Heating and Cooling. John conducted an extremely thorough LP/Propane leak check and detected a significant leak that put my family at risk. John diligently removed the failed shut-off valve that caused the leak, called Bel-O Heating and Cooling (located approximately 50 miles from my home), had a replacement part fabricated and delivered on site and replaced the failed section of LP screwed pipe all in the same visit. John [redacted]'s dedication to his customers, his craft and his company deserves recognition. John's diligence, attention to detail and professionalism is a testament to his character, caliber and significant skill.
